Key characteristics for this individual include a responsible, ambitious, team player and multi-tasker who is comfortable with technology and highly organized. Ideally, this person will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and possess certain skills such as a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the abilities to work with several coinciding deadlines, read/comprehend sales agreements, work independently and deliver excellent customer service.

Some duties of the Sales and Closing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate closings and times with lenders Co-ops and sales agents
  • Track authorizations and correspondence
  • Order termite letters
  • Distribute contracts, amendments, change orders etc to all parties involved

While You’re in the Neighborhood: Sterling on the Lake’s Harvest Balloon Festival
