Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods Sponsors SMC

Acadia Homes & NeighborhoodsAcadia Homes & Neighborhoods’ commitment to the industry goes farther than just building homes. Our staff is also very involved in the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC). The Council enhances the sales and marketing capabilities and reputation of those who represent the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. This year, are supporting SMC as a Silver Sponsor. Our sponsorship will help the SMC accomplish its goals and objectives.

“We are thrilled that Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods is participating as a sponsor in the Atlanta SMC. Our sponsors help us to maintain the high level of programming offered by the council.”  She continued, “As one of Atlanta’s hottest new builders, this sponsorship will help Acadia to build its brand recognition within the industry,” stated Carol Flammer, SMC Chairman.

Besides being a Silver Sponsor, members of Acadia’s staff are also part of the SMC’s leadership. For instance, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Sam Bass serves on the Board of Directors and is the Committee Chair of Membership.

“My goal is to increase the SMC’s membership this year,” explained Bass. “The SMC offers tons of opportunities to gain more industry knowledge through CE classes and events. Our programs offer agents, builders and marketers the ability to develop better skills to use in their day-to-day jobs.”

With the sponsorship of Acadia and other industry businesses, the SMC can stay committed to education, programs, membership, awards and charity. The Council can also remain dedicated to developing a higher level of professionalism in the general membership through education and the interchange of ideas.

We are excited to see what this year in SMC will bring. To join, visit www.atlantahomebuilders.com/councils/salesmarketing.cfm.
